Day 02 – Villa Escudero Full Day Tour Meal: B/L
A pleasant 2-hour drive through the scenic countryside south of Manila brings you to a colonial coconut plantation dating back to the1800’s. A guided tour of the famous “Escudero Private Museum” takes you through one of the largest collections in the country, unmatched in its diversity. Main feature is its trove of religious art consisting of silver altars, gilded carrozas (carriage), ivory headed santos (icons) and other objects dating back to the Spanish era. Guests will be taken around the plantation cum resort onboard carabao drawn carts and will feast on a Filipino buffet lunch, set in a flowing stream amidst lush tropical vegetation and sparkling waterfalls as background while cool clear spring water run around their feet.

Day 03 – Manila and Tagaytay city tour Meal: B/L
Take a scenic 1-hour drive to the countryside passing through coastal villages, rice fields, fruit orchards and coconut plantations to the cool climate of Tagaytay. Its surrounding farmlands planted with flowers, vegetables, fruits, coffee and palm trees add to the charm of the city. Perched on a ridge of 700 meters, overlooking the magnificent Taal Lake and its active island volcano, Tagaytay is a picturesque city offering a panoramic view of one of the rarest known sights in the world – the smallest and lowest volcano in the world, Taal Volcano. Sitting serenely on Taal Lake, the volcano offers a receptive sight considering the violent history of past eruptions. In Ripley's Believe It or Not, it is described as "a lake within an island". South of Manila, it is one of the best day tours to discover the countryside. While in Tagaytay, we take you to a local restaurant with a view of the volcano for a taste of our local delicacies.

In Manila, a guided tour brings you to the well-selected historical landmarks and interesting parts of the city: we visit the historic Rizal Park, where the remains of the country's national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, lie within the cornerstone of Rizal Monument. Considered as one of the largest parks in Southeast Asia, it has an area of 58 hectares which runs from Taft Avenue up to the walls of the famous Manila Bay. Tour heads on to the old walled city of Intramuros built during the Spanish colonial period. The first stop is Fort Santiago which served as headquarters of the military might of the Spanish, American and Japanese colonizers. Tour then proceeds to San Agustin Church, the oldest structure in the country which has a museum of religious and secular art. Finally, we take you on a rolling tour of the most modern part of the metropolis, Makati – the country’s financial and commercial district.
